MIG PARTNERSHIPS

MIG is part of a national network of organizations and programs working to combat drug-related threats and improve community safety. Through shared intelligence and collaboration, the network delivers evidence-based solutions that support enforcement, inform policy, and promote healthier neighborhoods nationwide.

ONDCP

A component of the Executive Office of the President, ONDCP was created by the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. The ONDCP Director is the principal advisor to the President on drug control issues. ONDCP coordinates the drug control activities and related funding of 16 Federal Departments and Agencies.

HIDTA Program

High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program, created by Congress with the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, provides assistance to Federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies operating in areas determined to be critical drug-trafficking regions of the United States.

ODMAP

The Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program (ODMAP) is a free, web-based tool that provides near real-time suspected overdose surveillance data across jurisdictions to support public safety and public health efforts to mobilize an immediate response to a sudden increase, or spike in overdose events.

ORS Program

The Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) is an unprecedented and unique public health-public safety partnership between the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through their support of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program and the CDC Foundation.

NIDA

The site offers information specific for adults and for kids and teens dealing with addiction, and for parents seeking treatment for their children and adults seeking help for friends or family.

SAMHSA

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) offers a national helpline for questions on drug treatment and referrals. SAMHSA also offers two Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locators, one that is searchable by specific location and one to locate state agencies that can help.

ASAM

Established in 1954, ASAM is a distinguished medical society that encompasses more than 8,000 physicians, clinicians, and related professionals who specialize in addiction medicine.

AACAP

The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) introduces PsychStream, an on-demand platform offering evidence-based clinical education for child and adolescent psychiatrists.
